Articulated Lift Truck
The articulated lift truck training course will give you the skills to operate the truck safely and efficiently, to carry out a routine pre-use inspection, and give you the ability to recall and discuss the causes of instability of truck and loads. The course is largely practical in nature and there will be no more than 3 people on the course to ensure you have enough time on the truck.
The course covers: controls and instruments, starting, moving, stopping and steering the truck, hydraulic controls, battery care, pre use inspection, replacing/recharging gas cylinders, weight assessment, handling laden and unladen pallets, driving on/off ramps and inclines, stacking/de-stacking free standing racks and industrial racking, plus; lift truck stability and the operators' safety code.

Certification
On successful completion of the practical and theory assessment all candidates shall receive a forklift truck certificate and id: card if requested both will be valid for up to 3 years.
